If you just need one reply for all incoming messages — "We got your message, we will respond within 2 hours" — the auto-responder handles that. No keyword setup needed. You set the text and a minimum interval between replies to the same contact.

chat-valet processes messages that pass through your account. Under GDPR, you are the data controller for your contacts' information. We act as a processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for processing (consent, legitimate interest, or contract) when you automate replies to EU residents. We store message logs only as long as needed for the service to function; you can delete them at any time from your dashboard.

Will my number get banned?

It can. WhatsApp and Telegram can restrict personal accounts used for automated messaging. We are upfront about this: keep volumes low (under 20–30 messages per day from one number) and replies relevant. We cannot guarantee your number stays safe — no one can.
