Everything you need for messengers

Two halves of the job: reaching out first and working through the replies. Three engines can answer for you — they get their own chapter below.

Reaching out first

Broadcasts go from your own number, so pace matters more than speed.

Broadcasts
Spintax and pauses between messages.
{Hi|Hello}, {name}!
We have {new arrivals|a sale} — {take a look|come see}.
Pause: 10–30 sec
Sent: 14/120

Smart delivery

Channel cascade

Not delivered on WhatsApp — we try Telegram, then MAX. You set the order, and before each next channel we check whether the number is even there: a message into the void burns the daily limit of a live account.

Three ways to answer customers

Pick the level of automation you need — or combine all three across different accounts.

No AI

Auto-responder

One text in reply to anything incoming, no more often than the pause you set. Good for a greeting, after-hours or a first contact. Costs no tokens at all.

  • Adjustable pause between replies
  • Fits the “we will get back to you” case
  • Quiet hours and a daily cap
  • No tokens spent
Incoming Hello! Do you have this in stock?
30 sec pause
Auto-reply Good afternoon! We will check the stock and get back to you within the hour.

No AI

Keyword chatbot

You set the words and the replies — several variants with spintax and a cap per contact. The bot fires only on the phrases you chose.

  • Several trigger phrases per rule
  • Spintax: {hi|hello|good afternoon}
  • A cap on how often it fires
  • No tokens spent

AI

AI assistant

Picks up your manner from the conversations you choose and answers in your own words. Anything doubtful goes to a Telegram bot for approval — you accept or reject it with one tap. You pay for the tokens actually spent.

  • Learns from your own conversations
  • Answers in your style and tone
  • Doubtful replies go for approval
  • You pay only for tokens actually used
  • Available on the Pro and Max plans

Three steps to your first reply

  1. 1
    Connect an account

Open WhatsApp, Telegram or MAX on your phone and scan the code — your number starts working from the dashboard.

  2. 2
    Set up replies

Pick an engine for each account: auto-responder, keywords or AI. Every messenger gets its own rules.

  3. 3
    Watch it from one window

Every conversation on one screen, every send in the log. You can step in by hand at any moment.

Try everything except the AI assistant free for 30 days — broadcasts, auto-responder, keyword bot, and unified inbox included. The AI assistant is pay-as-you-go.

Frequently asked questions

Does this use the official WhatsApp Business API?

No. chat-valet connects to your personal WhatsApp number through an unofficial method. That means no per-conversation fees and no Meta approval process — but also a real risk of your number being blocked if you send too many messages. We say this clearly because you deserve an honest answer.

Can my number get blocked?

Yes, it can. WhatsApp monitors for suspicious activity on personal accounts. We recommend no more than 20–30 messages per day per number, with pauses between sends and spintax to vary the text. The built-in quiet hours and daily limits help you stay within a safe range. We cannot prevent blocks and will never claim otherwise.

What is the difference from the WhatsApp Business API?

The official API charges per conversation ($0.01–0.08 depending on category and country) and requires Meta approval. chat-valet has a flat monthly fee from $7/month and works on a number you already have. The trade-off is the block risk above.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Broadcasts, auto-responder, keyword bot, and unified inbox are all free during your 30-day trial. No credit card required.

What about GDPR?

chat-valet does not store the content of messages beyond what is needed to deliver them. You are the data controller for your contact lists. Ensure you have proper consent before sending marketing messages — GDPR applies to your recipients regardless of what tool you use.

Which messengers are supported?

WhatsApp, Telegram, and MAX (a Russian regional messenger). Outside Russia, MAX is unlikely to be relevant — WhatsApp and Telegram cover most markets.

Can I connect multiple accounts?

Yes. Add as many WhatsApp, Telegram, and MAX accounts as you need — they all appear in the unified inbox.
