What is MAX messenger?
MAX is a messaging app developed by VK (formerly Mail.ru Group), widely used in Russia and other CIS countries. It is less known internationally but has a substantial audience among Russian-speaking users. If you are targeting that demographic, it is worth including alongside WhatsApp and Telegram.
Why would I use MAX if my audience is not in Russia?
You probably would not. MAX is a regional product. If your customers are in Western Europe, North America, or Southeast Asia, WhatsApp or Telegram are better choices. MAX is included in chat-valet for businesses that specifically need to reach Russian-speaking markets.
Does MAX have the same block risks as WhatsApp?
All personal-account messaging platforms can restrict accounts for bulk sending. MAX is no exception. We recommend the same caution: no more than 20–30 messages per day per account.
Can I manage MAX alongside WhatsApp and Telegram?
